Position Regional AG, Construction and Material Handling Tire Sales Managers (2) - Container Load Sales

The Regional Tire Salesperson should be results-driven, high octane, dynamic and ready to actively seek and engage prospective clients. Salespersons are responsible for providing outstanding customer service to potential customers by selling specialized tires, benefits and product features.

Candidate should have experience in selling specialty type tires. Experience selling Material Handling tires will be an advantage. Must have a strong track record of building sales. The candidate should be proficient in technology-based CRM platforms.

You will be responsible for attracting new customers, maintaining existing customers, and communicating with management.

As a manufacturer of quality tires, this company is looking for two representives to direct our sales efforts in the Northeastern and Midwest USA areas.

 

Positions Include:

  • Excellent salary plus commission
  • Great benefits, including health insurance, 401K and paid vacation and holidays
  • Travel expense reimbursement and vehicle allowance
  • Work out of your home office - travel requirements are 60% and up
 

Job Duties:

  • Organized – thinks clearly and logical, keeps orderly work.
  • Convincing – able to present a clear message and win business.
  • Maintain and expand customer base within the assigned region
  • Deliver. Plan your work, work your plan! Do what you say you will do!
  • Manage existing customers, seek re-orders. 
  • Build and maintain rapport with key accounts
  • Resolves conflicts successfully
  • Keep customers in the buying mood
  • Communicates new sizes, new products, new prices, and such effectively and timely.
  • Keep regular communications with management and peers.
  • Approximately 60% travel, sometimes a little more
 

Required Experience:

  • Three years of tire sales experience required - Container sales preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of Off Highway Tires
  • The successful candidate is driven and self-motivated
  • Must be able to interact well via telephone and e-mail
  • Ability to travel in designated region
  • Strong ability to work independently/autonomously
  • Computer literate
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
